Yes, Quincho Project fans, you read it right.  Last night, the landscapers came and finished installing the lights in the arbor.  Yesterday the grill, the outlets and all the appliances were installed.  Our beloved Quincho is now complete.  Of course its raining now so I don’t have great pictures, but I promise as soon as it stops we will take a load of them and post them here.  The next post should document our first burn session.  I also need to “burn in” the pizza oven so that should also be interesting.  Here’s how it looks so far in the rain…
